It gives us vitamin D and it triggers the production of melatonin in the brain. Seems like a good point of it to me. And you have to agree that it's kinda nice to just sit in the warmth of the sun as well!

Jesus, and I was affraid I am the only one. Spring and summer always are the worst periods for me. I 100% would prefer winter. There's so many things and actions you can take when it's cold.
