It can be hard for the newbies? To get btc coin

Not at all, either go to a website that offers to exchange USD for BTC and do that or there are currency exchange sections here on the forum you can do. Not only that, but you can also directly buy bitcoin from websites like coinbase.

where are you located? different country has their wallet, you can just transfer local fiat to those account and buy BTC
