bytcoin was added to crytsy yesterday, and noone has sold any meaning that no transactions came through, including mine

It is because almost no one is mining it. And the diff is really high. So it will take som time to get verified. www.pool.bytecoin.in
Also if you are mining it. Mine solo that pool is not safe. A 51% could also be the case but no one would have the incentive with the coin not being traded.

I don't understand this addition of BTE to cryptsy.

Bytecoin is in a state of suspended animation.
