Not bad to collect small amount of eth. If those 3k persons donated 0.003 eth, then you will have about 9 eth at the end of the airdrop period. Might really help you in kickstarting this project. But checking the contract address, only 1 transfer of 0.003 eth as of the moment. So good luck with your aim of changing lives with crypto!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

But it's not worth that at all... some newbie developer (you don't even need any skills to create an erc20 token like this) is telling you it's worth that. This isn't worth anything... and in reality this will be gone again in a month, maybe even a few weeks, but hopefully in a few days. Thanks for your feedback.
