You'll need to provide a little more detail than that if you want assistance...

However, Bitcoin transactions are irreversible - the only way to get your coins back is if the receiver spends the coins back to you. In your case, if you've already sent deposits twice to the exchange (I'm assuming that's what you mean by resending money), you'll just have to request a withdrawal from the exchange for the amount you want back. It's highly unlikely any exchange returns funds to users. To my understanding, even if you send amounts below their minimum deposits, you won't get it back without intervention (with customer support).

If you're referring to the address that sent you the withdrawal then, It will be gone most likely but If you're sending it to the deposit address then the user should receive it, as long as the exchange doesn't generate a new address each time and makes the old ones invalid.

OK... that really doesn't clarify things at all... so we'll take things one step at a time...

Which address did you send Bitcoins to? The address that you received them from when doing a withdraw from an Exchange? or was it the old deposit address that you previously used?

what will happen if i resend money to exchange site address will gone or back to user ??
If you're sending money to an exchange address, the older address should likely work. Don't take my word for it though, search your exchange up.
If you're referring to the address that sent you the withdrawal then, It will be gone most likely but If you're sending it to the deposit address then the user should receive it, as long as the exchange doesn't generate a new address each time and makes the old ones invalid.

this is my ask what will happen ?? to who will go ?? or just will reduce number of bitcoins
Any Bitcoin addresses generated will remain valid forever. If the exchange "invalidates" the address, they are just implying that they have stopped recording deposits to that address. As long as they have the private key, your Bitcoins should still be safe.
