What the heck happened with your recent bill payment update? It is abolute crap. Now we are charged a 1% fee to use bill payments AND even though it says you've done this for faster processing times I am currently seeing much SLOWER processing times. This is a horrible update which by the way has also cut out my ability to pay from my INGDirect account. I want the old TAYPE method back.
