Our hot wallet server has had a critical disk failure and also failed to rebuild its RAID array, we will look into the cause as soon as our new wallet is back online. For now please please DO NOT use your old deposit address!
We expect to have deposits (and automatic withdrawals) back online within the next 6 - 12 hours (waiting on a new full node to sync). Manual withdrawals are still online. If you have any deposits that are not processed, please PM me.
No user funds have been lost, all other site functions remain normal.
Note: This has no effect on Bitvest.io, all operations there are normal.
Update: The syncing appears to be going faster than expected, we may be fully back within 4 - 6 hours.
Update 2: Deposits will be back online within 3 - 4 hours. Automatic withdrawals may be delayed until tomorrow. Manual will still work, and will be processed faster than normal.
Update 3: Progress is going well, we should be fully back in 2 - 3 hours. If you login or create an account now, you will be shown a message and given a new address. You may deposit to this address,
but it will not be processed until we are fully sync'd. Automatic withdrawals will be brought back online tomorrow.
Update 4: The sync is 95% complete and should be done within 30 minutes, we will require some time for testing to make sure everything is working correctly. We should be accepting deposits again within 1 - 2 hours.
Update 5: The sync is 98% complete. Any deposits made now will be manually credited within an hour, however, we ask that you please wait until we confirm we're fully up and running. This should be within 30 - 45 minutes.
I actually visited the site some few hours and was notified of the same thing and was wondering what could have happened not knowing you already announce it here... Thanks for the update...
