Agreed here, I can't even think that there is mod saying words here mean while on bitvest they are really active and even can share a lot of things there. Trust/ Flag of casino/dice sites' owners this thread could the one you need although the thread is locked and may wont be updated anymore but at least you can see the most popular sites on the list with the information you are looking for. About the starting date, dont rely on the creation date of the ANN thread since not all of them represents the exact date when they started the services.
