I am looking for it in google, but perhaps i got the wrong search queries, google didn't get what i mean and i couldn't find my answer.

Aside from Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin has a 600-700% Growth from Q1 of 2017.
Stocks, Bonds, ETFs, Real Estates, Reits, Gold and etc

Can someone tell me whats the best performing financial instruments in 2017 and how much ROI they made?
Kinda interested to find out how much is consider high in the "Legit and Normal" Financial Market

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I've seen and heard of people having success with penny stocks and dividend reinvestment plans. The bolivar (venezuela's hyperinflating currency) will be a good investment if venezuela's economy recovers. Amazon has been on a hot run over the last 5 years. There are always good investments, even if they aren't easy to identify.
