Cheapest way to transfer funds from Kraken to Bittrex?

What is the cheapest way to transfer funds from Kraken to Bittrex? I'm fed up with Kraken lagging when trying to set a trade order.

Cheapest?  Some altcoin that they both have.  ETC maybe? 

Easiest and still very cheap?  ETH.  Should cost you whatever kraken charges for withdraws, and that's it.

From exchange to exchange I normally use XDG (!), LTC or sometimes DASH.

So sad it has gone this way, when something pics up transfer fees are through the roof instantly. 0.09€ to fiat and 1-8€ to crypto.

And yes, Kraken laggs so badly it's almost impossible to trade there.

What about ripple? That should be insanely cheap.
