I think the best way is to let them to get out of their shell, we need to talk to them ..

Actually, personally its taxing... If your willing to help someone with depression, you take in the depression yourself. You take on part of their suffering then try your best to lift it. What's great is that, no matter what you do, they have to deal with it by themselves. You're only there to support and guide but they're ultimately have the last word

Show that person that you are always beside them and ready to lend your shoulder to lean on and your ears to listen to their sentiments.

We have to make them feel happy all the time by telling them inspirational stories, jokes, bringing them to a relaxing place, and we should avoid discussing problems with her. We should always tell them complimets like appreciating their works.

Well for me, i just let them actually talk. Let them talk it out and release pressure from their proverbial hearts. I've talk to them alot, and it really helps. I know it could test your patience alot but if you really want to help then it would be a trifle.

Just be there for them. You may not understand the circumstances ir what they are going through but just be there for them. Just listening and giving them a hug makes them feel assured that they are not alone and gives them the boost of energy they needed.

Unfortunately, the best way out here is to visit psychologist and mental doctor.
