Resumo:
Tive um problema na compra com o 2501, quando fui falar disso abertamente no facebook, como ele também é moderador lá, ele me bloqueou, deletou os comentários e me removeu do grupo.

Censura, falta de ética, principalmente para alguém que é moderador e que deve prezar pela cadeira que ocupa, e agir pelo bem da comunidade, com transparência. E numa época em que o Brasil inteiro está lutando contra isso.

Ele havia me pedido que não colocasse valores aqui, guardarei essas informações por enquanto mas revelarei se julgar necessário.

História:
Depois de algumas cotações feitas, mensagens trocadas e até uma compra efetuada com sucesso. Fui fazer outra compra com o 2501.

Já havia percebido diversas vezes que ele não deixava valores e cálculos claros nas negociações e ofertas, principalmente quanto ao dólar utilizado, por isso, sempre tentei deixar as coisas o mais claro possível antes de fechar negócio. E ele insistia em responder as coisas pela metade e tal. Mas como ele é moderador e com reputação eu ainda arrisquei.

Depois de um tempo entramos em um consenso de valor (eu imaginei).

Nesta última eu precisava dos btc rápido, aceitei enviar o dinheiro primeiro (quantia alta) no caixa quando o banco abrisse, e falei que precisaria dos btc até 12:00 (meio dia) do dia seguinte. Ele falou que eles estariam disponíveis pra mim este horário. E para eu não me preocupar com nada, porque eu nunca teria problemas com ele.

No dia seguinte, cheguei no banco assim que abriu, tentei entrar em contato pelo cel de novo pra ter mais garantia, mas não lembrei que o formato dos numeros tinha mudado. Antes das 10:30 o depósito foi feito. Tentei entrar em contato com ele sem sucesso.
Ele só voltou a me responder quase às 16:00!
Eu ja havia perdido meu negócio, ele havia descumprido o combinado, e eu estava com uma quantia alta em dinheiro nas mãos de um desconhecido sem garantias de devolução. Mesmo assim mantive a calma e a educação.
Nesta primeira ligação ele se desculpou pelo atraso (eu ja havia perdido negócio), aceitei. E falou que faria o negócio com a cotação do momento, mas só poderia transferi-los algum tempo depois porque estava trabalhando e onde estava não tinha condições, tudo certo.
Depois de algum tempo ele me enviou uma quantia, com um custo 3% acima do valor (arredondando pra baixo ainda!).
Fui questionar, fiquei ouvindo grito e chingo (como se ele tivesse razão). Consegui que ele me restituisse, depois de muito relutar, gritar, chingar e tentar me humilhar (mesmo), ele enviou uma quantia, que ainda deixaria o valor 1% acima do combinado.

Agora o dinheiro já era pouco. Aceitei o prejuízo, e ficou claro que não faremos negócio de novo.
Até aí não estava tudo bem, mas deixei por isso mesmo. Inclusive, como ele era moderador e tinha um histórico de feedback, só demonstrei minha reprovação e disse que nem postaria no fórum, acreditando que ele poderia mudar sua postura a partir daí.

Ele continuou postando no facebook mensagens de venda. E aproveitei a oportunidade para ter uma discussão aberta sobre o acontecido (para que os outros usuários fizessem pressão pra ele falar a verdade), alertando ali os membros que tivemos uma questão mal resolvida. Deixei claro que ele poderia esclarecer qualquer coisa ali. Quem não deve não teme né?

A postura que eu esperava de um moderador era uma discussão clara e aberta do acontecido, explicitando os mal-entendidos que poderiam ter havido.

O que ele fez? Apagou os comentários, me bloqueou do facebook e me excluiu da comunidade. Sem nem uma palavra.

Espero que aqui haja um mínimo de bom senso.
Convido os demais usuários que tiveram problemas com ele a se manifestarem.
