I am very curious about if bitcoin developers get pay with bitcoin or bank currency?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

That depends on who/for who you are working. IBM blockchain engineers for example get paid out in fiat i believe,

but startups like http://coinbase.com paid all of it's employees in bitcoin, see https://www.coindesk.com/getting-paid-in-bitcoins/
