Up for auction are 50 direct (not passthrough) ASICMINER shares.

Starting price: 2.75 BTC
Minimum bid price increment: 0.01 BTC
MINIMUM BID AMOUNT IS (5) SHARES.  This is to lessen the burden on friedcat and lower the chance of accounting errors.

Please post your bids in the format e.g. 5 @ 2.75.

Bids are binding.  Don't bid unless you intend on following through with the purchase.

Another bid by the same bidder will replace his previous bid unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required within 24 hours after winners are provided a payment address.

Winners will send the payment then pm me their email address and desired bitcoin address to receive the weekly dividends.  This information will be forwarded to friedcat promptly in the form of a share transfer email.

This auction will end on 6/20/2013 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.  Forum timestamp applies.

Escrow upon request of the buyer, buyer pays fees. 

If an issue arises wherein the transfer isn't completed by the time dividends are sent next
week (6/26), the dividends will be forwarded to the winners.

Here are the escrow instructions echris1 received from John K:

1) Funds get sent to JohnK to his escrow address
2) I initiate the share transfer procedure with friedcat, and ask him to CC all of us.
3) Friedcat confirms the transfer to us directly
4) Funds released to you.

If you want to use escrow start making arrangements with JohnK and direct him to this thread.

But as has been mentioned on several other threads, the escrow isn't really necessary because:

I can prove I own the shares, you can check the signature. 
You can prove you sent payment.
friedcat controls all of the shares anyway, I have no direct control over them, so he transfers them to you.

That being said I completely understand wanting to use escrow, as I said above just contact JohnK to set it up.
