The project looks legit at the first sight. What is about your jurisdiction? Where do you registered at?

I must say that the project site is at a high technical level, and it pleases me. The price of the token on pre sale is 500 UT = 1 ETH, and what is the price at the start of ICO? And which exchange do you plan to go out to later?

As I can see your project has well-filled youtube channel, but the content is only in russian. Do you have youtube for english speaking community?

Do you have backers, partners? It is probably the best advertisement for any ICO to have legit backers/partners.

Here is additional question about bounty. At the token distribution graph you say that bounty is 5000000 tokens. There is a sign at the bottom "After the ICO the undistributed part will be destroyed". So the question is the following. Does the bounty part always fixed at 5000000 tokens or they could be reduced too if you don't reach the hard cap?
