I mean something like 2 factor authorization to protect our accounts from hack!

I think it is you choice how to protect you coins. Because UTT - coins on Ethereum network, so you can chose any method for secure keeping coins.

Thank you for this information, but i wanna say about token price. In bounty thread said that 1 UTT = 0.5$ on presale stage. So on main ico token price will be a bit expensive

It's because too many fraud, in my opinion. That's why, payment by credit card is blocked.
