I used to wallets that are ERC20 token supported. You can choose between Myetherwallet or Metamas. But I suggest that you use Myetherwallet since I'm using it for long time and I didn;t experience any bugs or lost of my tokens.

i use the mew myetherwallet to save my tokens .it is secure and  the interface of the website is easy to use . always check the url of the website before entering the mew.. because there are so many website out there similiar with mew website. becareful with phising web.

Metamask are more secured since it is recommend by the MEW site itself and they are putting some not that they are discouraging their user to use the private key feature since those selection is not safe and MEW team cannot do anything with it if their site will be hack.

you should use myetherwallet. because it is the most updated erc20 wallet. you do not face any update problem with mew.

Myether wallet is the best ever wallet for erc20 tokens because it will support all the tokens and new tokens from ICO.SO we don't have to worry about recieving the tokens on MEW.In some other wallets we need to contact the wallet support to ask about that their wallet will support this token or not.If you send the tokens to the unsuppoeted wallet then your tokens will be burned and it can't be recovered.

There are now many e-wallets that can contain the ERC20 Token, but in my opinion, the e-wallet has the highest security rating is Myetherwallet. This wallet has a lot of different security options that you can use for your Token, and it is safest to store Tokens on USB devices and when you need to trade, import them into Myetherwallet.

Yes because MEW had plenty of wallet selection where you can choose, and they actually give some nice notice and advice on what option is safe for their users that's why I strongly recommend this site to anyone who want to try, But their is another wallet caught my attention since they have a good interface and I think they are safety and that is eidoo but since its new I will just watch and store a little bit balance for test run.

Youd better get a hardware wallet such as trezor or ledger nano and then linked it on your myetherwallet account for a better protection against exploits but if you just cant afford to buy a hardware wallet then you can try creating a metamask account. Metamask can be get on google or firefox add ons , you can then link your metamask to myetherwallet for a much easy and secure transactions whenever you do trade on some online exchange. these were only few methods to help you secure your myetherwallet account.

I use MEW (Myetherwallet) but I also use imtoken to minimize from logging in on a browser. Because it is prone to hacking when you always log in into a browser so I use imtoken android app when making a transaction. Imtoken android app is also easy and comfortable to use. You will just import your MEW address into it then you can use your MEW address into your Imtoken app. I also have a metamask in my browser. It works as a anti-hack into your browser because it detects if a site has a malicious software.

I am using MyEtherWallet because it is compatible with ERC20 tokens. It is safe as long as you do not click anything that may be a phishing site wherein you will input your private keys. Usually, you will receive e-mails from those phishers telling you to update something so don't just immediately click anything you received because there is a risk that they will be able to have access to your wallet. Always check the URL when accessing the site because the interface would be the same so you will not notice immediately if it is a phishing site or not. Always triple check the address. If you want to be more secure then store in a Ledger Nano S which is a hardware wallet. It would be safe because it is stored offline.

If you are scared for stolen, I can suggest you to use MEW or MyEtherWallet, I used it for a month and I didn't encounter any losses. Just be sure that don't give your private key to others and always do what the safety reminders in the site.

Myetherwallet.com  is secure, when you don't trap into pishing sites, that have similar spellings. You also could use Coinomi to recieve and store your tokens, but to get them listed, you must later anyway swap your ETH address (export private keys) to myetherwallet.com. So it would be more handy for you to use MEW directly.

My suggestion are these;

1. Bookmark myetherwallet.com so that you won't put it on search button and the chance of being directed to a fake one is 0%. You will be sure of that the MEW you are visiting is the real one.

2. Don't save to online spreadsheets, wordpad or emails your private keys. Much better to write it down on a piece of paper.

3. If you are still not sure of the security of MEW, you can use nano ledger s.

I now make use of imtoken when I just learn of crypto currency I created mew but a lot of people lost their tokens to hackers due to mew dns issues since then have been using imtoken and the experience have been so great.

I would have love to say MEW, but i have been phished before. The best wallet for erc20 tokens is trust wallet which is available on google play store and ios store. You can securely make transactions and make use of dapps using its dapp browser.
But better safe than sorry, i would recommend a hardware wallet

i only knew two wallets that currently support erc20 coins  , that is myetherwallet and coinomi . other than that , most wallet that you can find online or on the app store are only support etherium and other popular altcoins thesedays but they are lacking of important features and that is to support native coins like tokens .

in the meanwhile , you can partner your myetherwallet with browser extensions such as metamask or mist , so that you can safely avoid phishers that may potentially hack your account .
