Are there any Polish Prepaid debit cards like Pekao cards left?

Are there any working Polish debit cards left that let you anonymously withdraw from ATMs?
Like these: https://www.pekao.com.pl/indywidualni/prepaid/ (Site says they stopped them in 2015).

From other countries would be okay too, however I'm asking here because back in the days all of those came from Poland.

In Polish strong laws, there are no such cards from Polish banks. Only you have to look for a card recognized by eurobank ATM, it is probably the only way
