It seems like these are hard to find at the moment. I'm looking for just the AUC2/AUC3 controller itself.

AUC3 are available at https://minerwarez.com/collections/used-equipment/products/auc3-adapter

Yeah just use a raspberry pi or an I2C dongle, they're way cheaper than what you'd get looking for a used controller

ill have both an extra auc2 and auc3 on tuesday when my order is delivered.... how much u looking to pay?
