It will only be given out to users who are active in the chat. I do not believe in artificially inflating the chat discussion with a set number of posts that need to be done, and after you do it you don't care about it. Yes, you may do that. Though the rules for signature campaign haven't / have barely changed. I would rather run the campaign in the method I am comfortable with instead of Dafar's one.
