Is Lisk the next ethereum?

Someone I know told me Lisk could be the next ethereum. What do you think?

Not yet but it will be 2018 Q1
They are releasing the SDK so developers can build apps on it. The apps will be on 'side-chains' so it won't suffer from blockchain bloat like Ethereum does. Currently around $6 for LISK, a lot cheaper than ETH right now!

Until unless ETH's bugs are fixed it will be difficult to sustain the CMC. But not one person is going to absorb everything, nevertheless LSK is a good bet assuming rebrand and SDK release are around the corner.

Have a look on XBY as well, relatively new coin but with a brand new technology called "Proof of Sign" (and "Static Node" instead of Masternode). In paper, sounds to be a decent bet and if it delivers what was promised could be in few dollars atleast. As we speak, today it is less than 2 cents.

It seems, will be the fact that ethereum will follow its rival (bitcoin), because ethereum is the best altcoin among other altcoins like BCC, Dash, Monero, and much more.

No.

Because they will rebrand before trying that It's not Lisk, it's "unknown" that will try to walk that path.
However Lisk would need a major Ethereum hiccup to succeed. And what if another project like IOTA manages to put solicity based smart contracts on their version of a blockchain? They are allready trying just that.

Maybe Ethereum.
Ethereum is one of the progressive altcoins with different Blockchain Etherium breakthroughs with Blockchain bitcoin. Blockchain Etherium allows for smart contracts and Dapps.

Ethereum has the largest market and it's competitor are so many and diverse, developers would not want to risk jumping to any except ethereum.

Lisk is good project but I think that Lisk and ethereum will parallel together and not eliminate each other. Both will grow together well

I am into Lisk some though I also think that the coin will not have the same price as Ethereum.
Though they are always battling each other, the coin can get traded with high volume soon.

Lisk appeared last year and it is still alive, even shows its progress. Probably, it will be almost as popular as ETH as the former developers of Ethereum have been working at it. And these developers say about their plans of bringing Lisk to the rank of a standard for decentralized services and applications based on blockchain.

Lisk is a good coin since the price is much higher than the ICO price, But the potential is limitted. I know a similar coin named XAS has more potential in my opinion.

It seems that the development team of LSK has been working on the SDK recently, and it is worth noting.
LSK's self-marketing ability is also very strong, you should be able to see its CEO sitting on the plane to promote LSK worldwide, so I think LSK will probably surpass the market value of ETH in the future.

Lisk build only in the java, and that aims to develop the SDK in the future, but that still not yet released by the way. Ethereum builds from a various programming language. ethereum was better than lisk. that can't become the next ethereum. I say it will never.

I wanna say, what's trying to achieve lisk in their platform is so good, accessible for java developer and deployed blockchain applications. I wanna say bingo Lisk. we will the next couple of months a lot of achievement on the way.

I believe in that coin and I want to buy it. I think that Ethereum is not eternal and it will slowly come up. To date, the best alternative to it for launching ICO is Lisk from a technological point of view.
