Hey man its hard to find someone to sell you for paypal.

Try to use your paypal at paxful or localbitcoins buy some bitcoins and it will be easier for you to purchase dogecoin

Dogecoin is really easy to buy, I think they sell a lot of these coins on reddit so you can check there.

Hey, I think my messages are full up so I can communicate here for now. I think Doge is like 500 of them for $1USD - So I wouldn't need 800,000 of them but I can buy some for sure!

Now Dogecoin is very cheap rate as compared to the past 5 months. You can easily buy Dogecoin with Bitcoin, ETH or LTC but i am not sure it is supported with Paypal in any exchanger.

Is there any fundamental work on the project at all?

At present Dogecoin price is very low.Past few month ago dogecoin had a good small price.I bought many dogecoin.But now doge coin is very cheap rate. Angry Angry
I don't wanting to buy dogecoin now.I always think, how i recover my losses. Huh Huh

That would be a the faith come with the dogecoin soon and it's showing that there's no sign of life coming back unto it so good thing you sold off your balance and avoid much more possible losses. And much better for this to spend our money on different alts since there are more good old coin to stake rather than this dying old doggies.
