If to invest I will choose a very potential coin and price movement is not too significant, but still stable. I will choose Ethereum, Doge, and coin which is expected to compete with BTC that is BitcoinCash.

I don't understand why everyone invests in these three. Are you looking for large returns or good 'fundamentals'?
Fundamentals would matter if the coin actually represented a part of the company. Yet, it doesn't. It represents nothing.

I would highly recommend looking at what coins are on the verge of popularity, rather than look at the coins that are in the forefront

basiclly value of digital coins is not fixed/ any times thats value can changed. you must smartest to analysis market. i think for now BITCOIN CASH, ETH, XRP is good for invest, i see that great growing

I've been answering this kind of thread for months so my answer would be likely repeating:
Bitcoin Cash
Bitcoin Gold &
Ethereum

These coins are already on top altcoins after Bitcoin so when you're going to invest, surely you'll get good profit, specially today, Bitcoin Cash is almost there to replace Bitcoin as the most expensive coin in the planet.

In my opinion good coins to invest in would be those coins that have been around for a while but which may not yet have hit the big time. Your coins should definitely have a stable and active community, more than one person on the development team, have an actual plan for the coin (besides speculation), and provide incentive for people to buy and hold the coin.

With all that in mind, here are my top three favorite coins to accumulate:

1. Diamond (DMD)
2. DNotes (NOTE)
3. NEM (XEM)

Waves sold 100M in ICO and now they're the boss, they have no obligations to develop it because they have already everything they wanted, if Ξ changes to POS I'm sure people will dump it, not worth it, ETC is promising to stay POW, I'd invest on ETC and not Ξ.
DASH is fine if you mine and sell to earn profit, the only coin I'd invest is BTC because despite all the high fees and slow network, it's the best coin, why? it has the biggest community.

In the current senerio i like  three are ethereum, waves and dash. Ethereum will gives the best profit in future and it is to hold for long term. Waves and dash have more to offer and good potential and i am sure it will be develop and the price of these will be increase in coming years.
