im waiting now 15 hours for coins that i boght at anycoindirect. fee to low?

they you a fee of 280 sats/kb. was it to low? what do you think when i will have approx. access to the funds again?

Foremost, excuse us for the delay. The amount of bitcoin transactions on the Bitcoin network shot up the past days which resulted in clogging up the entire network. Therefore the miner's fee shot up as well and we immediately responded by setting our fee higher but some of the transactions are sent with the old fee. Please be patient for the coins to confirm, this will happen automatically. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
