As I know these countries are poor countries. So people here know nothing about these things. Why ? Why do not they develop? Because they are not trying to figure out the things they are developing. And eventually it will make them worse. But it may not be too late because they can accept it over the years

i think these countries want to band bitcoin because the governments dont have enough power to control bitcoin, or their law is not strict enough to keep bitcoin under control or weak governments due to the economy of the country is not wealthy or poverty too much, or corruptions and inflations, that made bitcoin rise higher than usual.

Vietnam may not fully prohibit crypto. They will create the law to collect taxes and that is what they want. What they are not able to manage they will tax

Unfortunately, many counties have banned and will be banning the use of crypto currency.
So far, these countries have banned crypto: Vietnam Bolivia Ecuador Kyrgyzstan Bangladesh Nepal
These countries however do not have a major influence on crypto as they are third world countries and most investors/influences come from the West/China.
Do you guys think as it becomes more of a reality that crypto is the future of currencies, more countries will ban the use due to fear of losing control? Do you think as it becomes the normal form of currency, these countries will lift the ban?
What do you think?
As far as I know, now Vietnam has not banned btc yet. The Government of Vietnam has announced that the ban will be used in 2018, but so far there has been no further announcement of this. I'm not sure how things were taking place with the banning of bitcoin. Most of the governments focus on making regulated use of bitcoin. Upon that I have a friend from Nepal using bitcoin whom I met on an abroad trip.

Yes it’s true that many countries banned crypto and I think bitcoin also face such an incident but its also fact that bitcoin is not like other crypto because only two countries have banned bitcoin and the rest of every countries have accepted bitcoin and some of them make it legal so I think bitcoin is reliable safe and sound and acceptable to world.

Are you sure bangladesh has banned it?im from there i havenot heard anything about it.
All what i have heared that Bangladesh has not banned the bitcoin yet, the central bank of Bangladesh has issued a notice in order to warn the people to stop buying and selling bitcoin and also they have added that as it is not the national currency of any country so it should be avoided and if someone found guilty of transaction in bitcoin would be prisoned but all what they doing is due to the fact that bitcoin is giving them a hard competition and people are favoring bitcoin more for investment than banks.

This makes me so upset! Their government and banks know there is trouble for them in the future. Banning it won't change that!

Banning bitcoin on those countries have no impact, I don't think there are many people involved in crypto world from these countries. The only concern for third world governments is how to apply taxes on their citizens that's why they ban bitcoin and prohibit traders from using it since it will be impossible to track money circulating through the digital network.

Countries banning bitcoin doesn't mean that the people of those countries never use bitcoin. I believe those people still have access to bitcoin as well continue using the same for different needs. Countries or governments at any point cannot keep the ban effective with cryptocurrency.

I think that if cryptocurrency popularity will grow with the same temper as it goes now, governments will have to either find out how to control crypto and take taxes from it or ban it. Because if there is no control on crypto and no possibility to take taxes economy as it exists now will be ruined.

Those countries that banned or see crypto currencies as an illegal business will regret it sooner if they won't change their minds. The future trend has something to do with the crypto currencies. They will be left behind if they won't embrace it, unless their economy is very stable and strong. But who knows? If their government think of it as unprofitable, they must think of ways where in they can gain a lot from it.

If a lot of countries banned cryptos then I don't think that cryptos can be possibly became international coins. I mean I don't think that it is possible that it can be real money especially if the value of cryptos are not stable. Cryptos can be cryptos, maybe it is better to be as it is.

These countries banning bitcoins will later in regret the decision. No country can go against globalization. Cryptocurrency is the thing of the future. Only backward thinking governments can't see that fact.

these countries mentioned above are countries that suffering poverty so instead of investing in bitcoin, they decided to ban this bitcoin to avoid of losing more currency that can cause a heavy poverty to them, so i think if they study and got more focus in this bitcoin their economy becomes more stable and get out in the effects of this global poverty.

Using Zimbabwe as a case study as a third world country when their economy collapsed they resorted to bitcoin as their main source of foreign exchange. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2361281.0I believed most of these countries that has ban bitcoin will lift the ban when their economic policies is being reviewed again because bitcoin has really redefines monetary transfer from one country to another invariably opening up payment of services offered by individuals in those countries.
