You can't really cancel a transaction, the transaction you sent will always be valid until the bitcoins from it's inputs are spent and many nodes will reject double spend transactions. You might just have to wait couple of days until the nodes discard the old one (2-3 days). Then you should be able to publish it.

You might also want to try setting up your own node and publish it, but the rest of the network will still reject it probably. To do this install Bitcoin Core and go to Help->Debug window->Console and type
Code:
sendrawtransaction "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"
I am not sure if you need to wait for your node to sync up first, but if you do it will probably take like a week for it to do so, so it might not be worth setting it up just for this single purpose, but you should consider running a full node anyway.

You cannot cancel a Bitcoin transaction. That's one of many strenght about Bitcoin protocol: transactions are irreversible.

That said, there could be two possibilities in the next few days: either your transaction will be confirmed (with much delay) or the transaction won't be confirmed and funds will later return to your wallet. In both cases, don't worry because your funds are safe.
Which wallet are you using by the way?

Impossible to cancel bitcoin or cryto transaction once you sent the payment or bitcoin you just have to wait until it confirms your transaction. There is no way to cancel it.

You can do a RBF ("replace-by-fee") to replace an existing transaction with a new one.
If you are able to hand-craft transactions and the previous one was marked as RBF, it will be easy.
It is also be possible to double spend transactions not marked as RBF, though the chance is low. Try to rebroadcast the higher fee transaction repeatedly.

If not, then it'll be either confirmed within 72 hours or dropped, after which you can send it again.

No, bitcoin transaction can’t be canceled or reversed as it is directly connected to the bitcoin network.
The only way to get your funds back is if you know and have the contact information of the person who controls that bitcoin address. You can contact the receiver and ask to return your funds.
Bitcoin network transactions are designed to be irreversible and we don’t have control over them. Therefore, make sure you are sending your money to the right person and verify your transactions details before you click send.

Replaceable unconfirmed transaction can be replaced with different destination address (i.e. pay yourself)

Do you own the private key for any of the outputs in this TX? Perhaps a change address? If you do you can use CPFP (child-pay-for-parent) to spent that output with a larger fee.

Try to accelerate your transaction from a mining pool or rebroadcast transaction. Help us with your wallet so someone can help you out in finding the rebroadcast option. I dont think there is any other way than this to get your transaction done.

May be you can contact to the company and ask them to cancel that transaction but i do not think that will be happen. A bitcoin transaction can not be canceled unless some powerful factor affect it.

Well... the "good" news is that your new transaction (516a91108a1fc50403582388dceec26c948623d23fad2acb7fe569777db16883) has been accepted by "some" nodes...

https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/516a91108a1fc50403582388dceec26c948623d23fad2acb7fe569777db16883/

I've also tried to push via my node, and it seemed to go with returning the "mempool conflict" error... So, if you continue to attempt to push the new transaction it will hopefully confirm before the other one Wink I'd suggest you try using the services listed here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_broadcasting

For pretty much all of them, you just copy/paste the "hex" and click the button Wink

Once you sign a transaction and send to the network its final !
Its because it will be illogical to have a cancellation function on the network

here are 2 possible ways :

1. unsigned Cancellation : Easy to implement , anyone can cancel any transaction.

this can lead to a new form of attack - "n-cancellation attack" - where n transactions get created , n transactions get cancelled by an attacker

the network will eventually shit itself.

2 signed cancellation : will require the user to sign the transaction id with there private key... and send a second transaction to the network.

the problem with this is not just that it is a waste of resource, it also wont work!

transaction on the blockchain are queued so if you send

T1   .... T2  .... T3

assuming t1 is a transaction

and t3 is another signed transaction that is meant to cancel t1

you see , its pointless, because t1 will be confirmed before t3 ( the cancellation transaction )

hope this answers your question with better insight ?

There is noway you can cancel an unconfirmed transaction. The only thing you can do for now is waiting for them to be confimed or they will cancel it and send back the amount of Bitcoin to the sent address.
