MTgox, bitcoin.de, btc-e sepa withdrawals

Hello, i use third party company to take care of bank transactions to make them considerably cheaper (about 0.5 euro for sepa). To get the money, i need to specify my inner account as reference, but neither of these companies (mtgox, btc-e ,bitcoin.de) have such options. I can only type in account holder, bank, bic, and iban. Did some1 have a problem like this?

Yes, I've also experienced this problem when receiving wires.

I then have to call my bank and they manually have to find it and link it to my account, the process usually takes about a half hour and is a major pita.

I see, do you pay some extra fee for their work?
