As far as I know, 10 million tokens will be available.

Are these tokens all that were issued or just a part of total emission?

Good afternoon. How many tokens all in all will be available for purchase during the ICO?

Only 8 million for sale  (10m in total)

Some people argue that zabercoins are expensive.  It is definitely not.  This is basic accounting with all respect.  See every ICO as one cake and in how many pieces you slice it into is almost irrelevant.  We have very few tokens in comparison to other ICO`s.  One zaber token could be 0.00001 if we had 100 billion tokens and people will think they are buying a bargain.  This is irrelvant.  The amount raised will still be the same.

The reason there are only 10 million tokens is due to the fact that there are 10 million shares in underlying company and to keep secretarial costs low.

Team tokens(20%) include bounty, advertising costs etc. and is frozen for 1 year to look after investor interest.

The industry in all 4 phases of development will remain real estate.

I would like to emphasize the potential of growth on phase 2 alone:
 Developing a decentralised open source bookings eco-system for renting hotel rooms, private properties and accommodation using blockchain technology making it more cost effective for the host and guest and incentivising the users. AirBNB currently has a market cap of approximately 30Bn USD. They charge a guest between 6-12% and a host 3% after a successful stay. They expect to generate a revenue of over 10Bn USD by 2020.
In comparison, Zabercoin will charge only 4% for a guest and 2% for a host.
Half (50%) of above revenue will go to the users by managing the properties on their decentralised Zabercoin account portal as an incentive. By incentivising users there will be no need to market and by using blockchain technology administration costs will be very low. If Zabercoin, at a third of the price and incentive model to users/agents as well, can obtain only 10% of the market share of AirBNB it will value Zabercoin at 3Bn USD on this basis alone. If Zabercoin can raise 30m USD it will result in a 100x return on your investment!

Mostly residential property.  But also take note of phase 2-4 of the project.  We will update WP soon as it seems it is not clear.
The physical property and rental income will give stability to token but rolling out the decentralised booking system will allow the token to increase potentially 100 times if we manage to obtain 10% of AirBNB`s market share.

Have a look at the mcdonalds index - the buying power difference between a 3 bedroom house in london and one in johannesburg differs tremendously!  (not to generalise but this definitely offers value)

combination of both.  Finding the balance between capital growth and sustainable income.  Each project valued independently to ensure the balance between risk and reward

Good question.  The real estate owned doesn`t form part of an index or listed instrument but only a willing buyer and seller.  Thus the price should be kept stable.  Also it is a well known fact that the value and demand of real estate over time only goes up

Valid question.

Tokens bought with ETH will be available immediately.

Tokens bought with BTC will be available after ICO, 16th of January.

Paypal will also be a new purchasing option from Monday on our website.

This won’t be necessarily the real estate, there are options for investing in other fast-growing industries.
