Does it turn out that developers will buy real estate for the means earned from selling tokens, and then interact with it so that users will receive passive income? I like the idea, especially since real estate is one of the most profitable sectors for investment.

Hello. If your currency is backed by assets, then what is the difference between your tokens and shares?

Tokens are tradeable on exchanges and the shares aren`t for sale.  The shares also can`t be used as payment method on decentralised open source booking system.  The shares are only there to give investor peace of mind that he has bought something tangible.

depending what risks you are referring to.
We have plenty of experience in real estate but will consult on adhoc basis when entering new markets like malaysia.  As management we have responsibility to investors and will be informed at all times.

Can be valued on a case by case basis.  Depends on the price and terms of sale but it can definitely happen if the risk/return basis justifies such a decision.
