Can I mine in a warehouse and control it + receive money from my home.

I plan on buying an antminer s9 and I have a couple problems that would be very nice to be answered.
There are two reasons that I want to mine from a warehouse. 1. Electricity cost is 2/3 the price of my house. 2. The noise would be much less of a problem
So is it possible for me to set up my miner, PSU, and everything at the warehouse and access it from my home? If so, how would do so and what would I need to do to access it. Thanks!

You only need to set up your rig to mine to your pool account (just like you would normally do if you keep them in your house). Your IP should be irrelevant.

It doesn't matter where you set up your mining rig. You could even set it up on the moon for that matter as long as you have internet connection and electricity to run it. You set it up to your wallet, so even if you are on the other side of the earth, it will still mine to your wallet.

Best way to monitor your rigs would be to set up a VPN between your warehouse and your home.
