It looks to me, there are no restrictions. It means that one investor can buy all the remaining coins are available for purchase.

We buy-in phones through several ways and channels. One is through dealers and other methods, but soon we will launch mobile freak our own website to buy-in 2nd hand mobile phones from consumers directly.
