Story of my life. You know when this is the sort of shit they post it's almost certain they've been banned for copy and pasting or spamming utter indecipherable shite.

It will not, if your sanction is permanent ban then you can't access your account anymore. To avoid bans just simply read the rules of each section that you posted then you will know to yourself to what is the reason you got banned. Moderators in this forum always pinned their rules in the very first thread of the subject of each sections that must be follow by the members.

if you copy and paste from other sources and posted it here without giving acknowledgement will surely give you a perma ban so even if you delete that shit nothing will happen. why copy and paste its easy to just type what you think and post rather than use google and copy the article then post it here.

It will not recover of what post will make you banned try to read the rules and regulations in posting forum to let you know what rules you did not follow when you post so thats why its makes you banned your account.Do not copy paste on google its must be your own word and your idea.
