Look for projects you’re interested to. For example, if you likes cars or vehicles, take a look at VLB. Or if you’re interested to gaming platforms, try reading about projects like Xenio. Or if you’re fond of gambling online, there are projects that are dedicated to it such as HERO. There are many projects that will soon launch their ICO, but I suggest you choose the ones you’re interested to, and read. If they got potential, invest.

in my opinion, Healthureum has a lot of potential. they are involved in healthcare. and it's not a surprise that healthcare has some problems today that need to be solved. that's why I support them.

Perhaps in this list you will find promising upcoming ICOs for yourself https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2451482.0.
All projects from this list have a working product.
Personally, I look forward to Dether ICO.
Their dapp allows you to buy and sell crypto for cash.
Just imagine what this potential is Smiley

What are the TOP upcoming ICO with greatest potential?

It is hard to understand if the ICO is perspective or not. It is really impossible to make at the very beginning of ICO. It need time to show its first results then it is more clear how to deal with the ICO.

Well it depends on wich kind of project do you like mate. I can recomand to you to go and check and read this threads of SwissBorg https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2161736.0 and TokenPay also is a good ICO https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400499.0. Both with huge potential for 2018.

Envion looks like a good potential project. The ROI should be achieved easily if the BTC market is stable.
This ICO has real physical assets in hand. Good potential for long term investment in crypto currencies.

That helps but in investing, you've gotta be ready to break away from emotions, in this case, your interests because you're gonna be bias for it.

If it helps, take a look at Genie, the one in my sig. It's a Singapore-based lending platform trying to expand their horizons over Asia as a lending and asset exchange.

Not really much worthwhile in the ICO scene at this time. Masternode opportunities are getting harder to come by as well, however this is the direction I want to start moving my investments. Masternodes help secure longevity by insuring that the coin runs even if the developer disappears. This creates an opportunity for community takeover or a new dev to come in, rebrand, and revive dead coins.

I think AMLT has greatest potential among ongoing icos. It has interesting working concept. Useful coins always will popular among people. Good marketing strategies can be seen here. As a result of those, Price of the coin will definitely go high.

The last decent ICO of this year I think will have been ETN, and they even kinda botched it. But hey, I won't complain about the profit on my investment, HODLing ETN for the moon though. Still a great time to buy as this coin launched on with mined coins at $1+ DOn't miss to chance to catch the ride. I'm accumulating more on price fluctuations.
