Dear Friends

I transferred  USDT to my tether.to account and after when I wanted to send it somewhere also, there was message:

Withdrawals on your account are temporarily disabled.

The most common triggers of a withdrawal hold are account password changes and the changing of certain security settings via support. Please contact support@tether.to for more information.


I contact to support but no any answer yet(

Is anybody know about this situation and how to solve this?

Any advice will be very helpful for me...

what is the latest situation my friend? I was really curious whether any turnaround could solve the problem. a lot of people use tether because we think it is only a safe harbor but when we face a problem like this, if there are not some people who can solve this, why choose them? i will be happy   if you inform us about this.

Thanks for answers.
Really I don't get any answer from their support yet. I contact them 2 days ago. I don't know, may be its ok for them this timing...
I put my money there to wait for bitcoin price... today I sow my wanted price but I can't do anything(
Anybody had this kind issue with them before?

Dear friends

My issue is solved!

I was changed my password, and this was rezone for 5 days account hold. Support ask me to send ID or wait until 5 days.
Now my account is enabled)
