Will I get any difference nominatet in BTC even if it is satoshis, with ping like 15-30ms rather than 0.5sec in place where I have my mining device connected?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

P2Pool is the only place your latency will affect anything, due to the extremely short rounds that P2Pool runs (10 seconds). For normal mining, it won't affect you one bit.

Now disconnects might affect you, esp if you're using a stratum pool, but a lot of those disconnect issues have been worked out.
