Any intraday traders out there in the US who know of a good exchange for margin trading? Looks like bitfinex, bitmex and others have all blocked US. I found Poloniex but I do not like that it does not offer Crypto/USD margin training.

Go crypto/BTC margin trading. It the same with trading USD. Poloniex is the best exchange for US people now.
