I can't get any of my Bitcoins of from paper wallets - well so much for all the advice on keeping your Bitcoin safe - well now it looks like I will lose it all as nobody can help me get coins of a paper wallet - nothing works help

Calm the heck down - do you have your 24 words seed private password ?  If yes you have nothing to worry about.  Someone will help you !

Sorry for panicking but I am losing a lot of money right now. I have the private key and I know how to sweep but I can't get any option to increase the fees on the sweep which will allow for the transaction to go through. Electrum only appears to let me increase the fees when sending from the wallet. I can't afford to have any more bitcoin sitting in the mempool.

I did everything that I am supposed to do in Electrum and I set the Replace by Fee on but I cant resend with higher fee as the option is simply not there when I right click "Replaceable"
