И use Samsung  Save Pass. It uses your IRIS for unlocking all the stored password.

I do not write basic passwords anywhere. For additional and unimportant use KeePass

Online (google drive), but you still can be hacked on online the "dev" maybe know your password, and hardware can be hacked with "malware" they will steal your password.

Its good to keep it offline to avoid stealing of your password. Keep it in a safeplace where only you can have access.

I store my pass on flash drive, I don't really think that cloud is a good place to store any of your passwords
