Waiting for shapeshift to proceed to the excange

Hello everyone.
I am new to posting but certainly not to reading all your posts with a great satisfaction on the knowledge gained.
As many of you I have been stuck in trafic for days until last night. 48hours total between the moment I asked for transaction through shapeshift on my coinomi wallet and the first confirmations.
It has now been 10hours+ and shapeshift seem to having some trouble addressing the flow. Of course I am not interested in a refund but wondered if any of you guys had had the same experience and how many hours you waited before you finally received what you paid for.
Of course shapeshift employees as well as other members are free to post here and brin some answers.

Based on the OP I assume you mean that it took 48 hours to get a confirmation from the blockchain. If this is right, the coins have been sent back to you instead of being used by shapeshift.

The transaction window is only 10 minutes, if you miss that he coins are automatically returned and the transaction is cancelled.
If the coins weren't returned, you'll have to contact their support, they will not proceed into giving you your original rate (I don't think).
I was 30 seconds late getting a confirmation for one of my tranactions and the coins were sent stright back to me.
