But I am pretty sure you can upgrade to windows 10 pro when you have a windows 7pro genuine sticker.

Huh, I don't quite get it. Aren't upgrades from Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 to Windows 10 already free for their corresponding editions? Furthermore, assuming that they are not, how are you obtaining these codes? Looking at the picture that you took of the sticker with the product key for a Windows activation on it, it looks like you are taking the product keys of already existing branded computers (although I could be wrong). This means that if you sell the key to someone else, the installation of Windows on the original computer would get deactivated and you would get the watermark for the deactivated copy of Windows. This would effectively mean that you would be selling stolen goods. If I am wrong in my assumptions, then please explain what the actual source of the codes is, as I haven't even heard of this kind of upgrade codes before.

You say that these stickers are obtained from laptops from factories. Wouldn't this mean that once you sell the product keys in these stickers to other people both here and on Kinguin that the owners of those laptops will get screwed out of their license? Also, if the actual owners bring it up with Microsoft, it is very likely that the ones that the buyers get will get deactivated since only one computer is allowed to be using any one license at any one time. Seems like a break of Microsoft's ToS and possibly illegal.
