so is this a phising site ? or what https://bitcointalk.to (please dont login to it)

have exactly same layout as this web except login have no captcha
and the date if you pay attention is not right i just take this screenshoot before i upload it at imgurl

It is a phishing site probably. The only official site is https://bitcointalk.org
