Poloniex - Can't create eth deposit adress.

Hi all,
Someone tried to create Ethereum deposit adress on Poloniex? I'm already 2 days trying to create an address, and it says "Generating...".
Support is also not answering about.

no problem with mine, are your account already kyc verified? if not your free to create a new account then try to generate eth addy again if it works maybe some sort of bug in your previous account or maybe its in your internet connection thats why it cant generate

Yes i'm verified account.
Here i have the best internet connection maybe in the Country) Because i'm CEO of internet provider 
And for example with SIA coin deposit any problems, to create it, take 1-2 seconds.
Maybe it's some bug, but why the support not answering for this...

wow glad to chat with a CEO btw hehe , maybe its just a bug try it tomorrow maybe it should be fixed! , and about poloniex support hehe a turtle travels faster than their support to answer you its not new get used to it

as of now ive never tried because i think i am not verified untill now with poloniex i dont even know too so i think i may take some report with my own for what was happen.

a lot of people complain about the support services of poloneix although I have not met any problems with it
I think instead of waiting,  you create another account or with other exchanges.

Don't know if it matters, but I just tried to generate an address and the same thing is happening to me.  Also, I've never deposited ETH to Poloniex so maybe that's something?  I've done USDT and BTC but never ETH.  What's strange is I was able to generate an OMG address instantly... maybe I can EtherDelta my ETH to OMG and send it there for another exchange?
