Your Paypal account is Limited for more than 180 days and should have received email from paypal that yoru account is ready for withdrawal
Your account should be preferably verfied and have a working phone number [Verification and phone number can be provided at additional fees only if required]
You should have access to the paypal email account and all verification/security questions
NO hacked/Stolen accounts
Only accounts from US,Canada and UK
I do not need access to your account nor will ask for login info.Everything will be done over Teamviewer
II will only withdraw the balance and NOT buying paypal accounts
Payments will be done after withdrawal and cashing out from my bank account/withdrawal source
Fee:
15 to 45% [Depending on balance and complexity of the account]
