Basically I've sent a RBF transaction and wanted to bump the fee but from Electrum it disappeared. Its still in Blockchain, still unconfirmed.

Normally I clicked on the transaction and went "Increase fee" and rebroadcasted it again.

However since the transaction isn't there, what do I do to send it again with a higher fee? If I create a new transaction it will get rejected by nodes as double spends.

Do I need to send the original raw transaction again to the bitcoin network?

Can you try connecting to a different server, shutting down the electrum software and reloading it to see if that works?

I'm not sure there's a way to import tranasctions and it seems quite odd that this has happened but since the transaction history is gained from the netowrk when it loads up then you might be able to get it to recognise the transaction from a different server.

Have you tried the electrum node that originally sent the transaction to blockchain.info as they may still have it. Also, what does tools>load transaction>from blockchain do when you input the TX? Does it state the transaction doesn't exist?

Also, is there anything irregular with this transaction. E.g.a transaction more than 50 or 100mb or a fee less than 5 or 10 says per byte depending on how electrum server hosts set their protocols.

option 1, more friendly:
go to blockchain.info or any other block explorer, use their API to get the raw transaction (add '?format=hex' after your tx link in blockchain.info),
go to your electrum 'from Tools > Load transaction > from text'
paste the raw transaction here and broadcast it again.
now that you have it in your wallet, right click and select bump/increase fee (i forgot what it is called Tongue)

option 2, less friendly:
if it was the first RBF (not increased fee before), then Electrum uses 0 for Sequences. make another transaction but now set the Sequence to anything above 0 and sign and broadcast the transaction.
this is the same as bump/increase fee option

the transaction won't show up on blockchain.info. it's a known issue with that site.

From what I can gather. Blockchain.info is functioning fine in this instance.

That should work but it's worth noting op that the transaction might get lost again so you'll have to keep repeating that until your next confirmed transaction as otherwise it'll be flagged as a double spend transaction - unless confirming it means your wallet sees it).

without seeing his transaction i can not say anything for sure, but transactions don't just get "lost". there should be a reason for a bitcoin node to drop his transaction out of its mempool.
and also as long as it is an RBF transaction, it won't be "flagged" as a double spend. majority of nodes understand RBF and will replace the old transaction (drop it) with the new one.
