Which pool?
Which exchange?

i would recommend for now to only use the original wallet from https://bitcoingold.org/downloads/ .
for pools i did not have any recommendation. there are a lot of pools listed on the website of BTG.
the only exchange i tried right now is hitbtc (https://hitbtc.com/), where it was no problem to deposit and withdraw btg

Yes i agree, but as regards the pools - not sure if this helps but maybe it will https://poolmining.org/pool/btg
