How can I get my tust up as many times before I tried to get a loan and sell things on here and no one will,as they dont trust me but how can I build my trust without doing things to build a trust?

I think if you can point to things you have done outside the forum, that would help: such as a website that describes your business, testimonials from other users, etc.  Also, are you interested in buying as well as selling?  Buying is doing business also.

It is called, time, add to the community then you can get a loan otherwise, go to a bank for a loan.

You should always use escrow when trading unless it is a small value trade (but only with highly trusted members).

To sell things use Bitmit.net or JohnK escrow.

To trade coins use LocalBitcoins.com or JohnK escrow.

Start with small trades with trusted members and establish a trade history of successful trades.
