Larger gauge connectors

I am having some heat issues with my connections to gpus. I think it's due to the small gauge wire they use with splitters and extensions. Are there any suppliers of, say 16ga wire connectors?  Thanks!

I wouldn't use a PCI-E splitter cable for two different GPU's. That's any easy way to overload the connector and rail on your PSU with close to 300+ W in some cases. I only use a PCI-E splitter for a 8-pin and 6-pin on the same GPU, the GPU and riser or for two risers and don't have a problem.

If you don't have enough PCI-E connectors for your GPU's, you should get a larger PSU or use a dual PSU setup.

That's how I have it set up with a 1000w and 500w and 4 gpus only drawing about 750w at this time.  I am thinking I just have some cheaper connecters mixed in there.  Is there a good supplier that has quality and reliability?

you could just make your own cables lol, I make all of mine for my mining rigs as I needed special ones since I use server grade psu's and breakout boards, its even good for atx psu's too in case you need to replace a cable for some reason
