Watching my balance on 'ethplorer.io' I can see two tokens wich both's Symbol is ''N/A''  

How could I identify wich Token is?

If you know the contract address of the token, simply copy it and paste it into the Etherscan search box. Now go to contract source and you will see the name of the token there. Or you can go the token tracker and paste the address there. Btw, here's the information about the HELP tokens you receive: https://etherscan.io/token/0xe8c5e942b76099c0c6d78271bad3ca002fa7c531

yes, your problem is the same as mine. I also get a token like that. I have to do what I do. Maybe it will be a coin not sold. I've also been looking for problems like this, but I never found an answer. Even my senior seniors can not clarify the issue . i hope someone can answer my question, its so hard to find the answer

Is this not perhaps some kind of phishing attempt? Is this all safe in the end? I wonder since I haven't been using the erc20 address on any weird places, but still I suddenly get this.

Or is this indeed just a matter of chance, and was I simply 'lucky' in receiving these worthless tokens?

Lol! With its look, it's totally a shitcoin. I wonder what is the total supply of your token, as so better not to expect that it will have decent value. Don't bother and don't stress yourself.
