My Bitcoin Transaction almost stuck for 48 hrs

Can some give me an idea why my transaction still not confirmed for almost 48 hours?

I just exchange my eth to btc via shapeshift.io last saturday but still there is no confirmation yet. Is this the new BTC transaction that can stuck for almost 48hrs? here's my transaction ID. fc6d7221cc9ddb943deeacd43eccc7bd32120d9daa6e7423aa50b75b4dd1299e
