“租房贷款”这个事儿，很多人不太理解，很多人将融资解读为银行盘剥、割韭菜，按揭买房解读为“房奴”。事实上，贷款买房，最大赢家是业主，银行只赚了利息，业主则获得了几倍的资产溢价。现实中，很多人怕负债，只好努力攒钱，尽管“无债一身轻”，但不懂得金融可以改善生活，不懂得金融可让你尽早“上车”、获取溢价收入，后者才是收入差距的最大因素。消费融资时代已来临，其功能就是借助信用，将未来收入拿到现在，提升一辈子总福利。

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
